A two-branch skin, hair and laser clinic in Chennai, India. We ran the ads, built the website and grew local search. The client is in India, not the US. The work is the same work we do for US businesses.

Busy on Instagram. Invisible everywhere else.
Findings from our audit, before any work began.
- Invisible on GoogleA website with no search visibility and no tracking. Nothing could be measured, so nothing could be improved.
- One channel carried everything87 of the first 90 enquiries came from Instagram. One platform change and the lead flow stops.
- Two branches, one messageEach branch draws a different catchment and converts at a different cost. Both were marketed as one.
- High-value treatments had no pagesHair transplant, laser and slimming had none, so every enquiry had to be bought.
Four channels, one plan.
Meta Ads
Campaigns split by branch and treatment. Creative tests, retargeting and click-to-WhatsApp, reviewed every month.
Website
Nine service pages, a doctors page, a branches page and online pre-booking. Mobile load time cut to 2.1 seconds.
SEO
100+ keywords researched across nine service categories. Treatment pages published monthly, Core Web Vitals fixed page by page.
Google Business Profile
Both branches managed. Tracked on calls and direction requests, not impressions.
Seven months, month by month.
Every month below is in the reports we sent the client. February to April first.

Feb 2026March: spend and results moved together
322 leads, up 258% on February. Cost per lead down 36% while spend rose 130%. Retargeting switched on.
Mar 2026April: the month that went wrong

Apr 2026May: winners scaled, losers paused
510 leads, the highest volume of the engagement. Cost per lead roughly halved against April. 6 SEO pages live with 12,524 search impressions.
May 2026June and July: a hidden bug
Cost per lead climbed two months in a row. A lead-capture bug on the website was dropping enquiries. We found it, fixed it and reported it. Lowest point: 185 leads in July.
Jun to Jul 2026August: best month
471 leads, up 155% on July. Cost per lead down 67% in one month on 16% less spend. Ad account rebuilt from 3 campaigns to 7. 27 keywords in the top 3.
Aug 2026August, the best month.
What went wrong, and what we did.
April: cost per lead jumped 74%. Election-season ad competition and 17 weak-test campaigns. We consolidated onto the winners, and May delivered 510 leads at half the cost.
June and July: a lead-capture bug dropped enquiries. We fixed it, said so in the report and rebuilt the ads from 3 campaigns to 7.
August, still open: Google profile views fell from 391 to 330, calls from 97 to 70, rating from 5.0 to 4.6. Review generation is next.
