697 leads in three months.
A K9 security and dog training business in Delhi, India. A niche few buyers search for by name. A Delhi client, not a US one. The method applies to any niche B2B and B2C mix.
One creative carried the month.
One static ad produced 392 of August's 400 leads, at the account's lowest cost per lead.
Another ad delivered 8 leads at 17 times the cost, with engagement and conversion rankings in the bottom 35%.

Four problems in June.
- A niche nobody searches forK9 security is a category most buyers do not know exists. Demand has to be created, not only captured.
- B2B and B2C in one accountCorporate security contracts and individual dog training need different messages. One message served both.
- Search on page twoBaseline average keyword position of 14.1, with 50 organic sessions a month.
- No structured paid channelNo campaign structure, no creative tests, no view of which service line paid off.
Five channels, tracked.

Three months, one creative that worked.
First paid month
123 leads. Average search position moved from 14.1 to 5.0. We recommended pausing a weak ad.
Jun 2026Leads up 41%
174 leads, cost per lead down 24%. One static ad carried 121 leads. The weak ad stayed live, against our own advice.
Jul 2026The breakout month
400 leads, cost per lead down 55% on July. One ad took nearly all of the ad-set budget. Five keywords at #1, bounce rate down to 38.1%, and chat clicks appeared on the Google profile for the first time.
Aug 2026Leads tripled. Cost per lead fell 66%.
Ad spend rose only 4%. Almost all of the gain came from putting the budget behind one proven creative.
We left a losing ad running.
We flagged the weak ad for pausing in June. It stayed live through August. The account improved in spite of it. Retiring it is a September priority.
Zero Google reviews. The listing shows no new reviews across three months. Calls held steady. We are requesting reviews.
We paused SEO to chase paid. August had no new on-page SEO work. SEO resumes in September with two breeding-centre pages and the remaining service pages.

In a niche, find the one creative. Then fund it.

Do not pause SEO for paid
Paid stops the day the budget stops. Search keeps compounding.
Act on the flag
We kept a weak ad live against our own advice. Pause what the data says to pause.
