310 patient conversions in month four.
A multi-speciality polyclinic in Chennai, India. It started with no site, no search presence and no tracking. A Chennai client, not a US one. The lessons carry over to any local practice.

No site. No search. Nothing to measure.
- No site, no search presenceNo live site on the clinic's own domain. No SEO foundation, no keyword research.
- Local search unclaimedA neighborhood clinic competing on "near me" searches, with an unoptimized Google profile and no service pages.
- No content engineOne social post was live. A Tamil-speaking catchment was being addressed in nothing.
- Nothing measurableNo analytics, no Search Console, no conversion tracking. No way to see which specialities drove demand.
Five channels from day one.

Meta came back after July for reach, not for patients.
4.5 → 4.95 rating.
What went wrong, and what we did.
- Meta was the wrong paid channelPatient demand needs intent, not reach. We moved to Google Search. That switch is the reason the month-four numbers exist.
- Google profile access was lostLocal visibility froze for a clinic whose patients search on Maps. We recovered access, rebuilt the listing and reached 4.95.
- Still open: YouTube and FacebookCross-posting one asset to three platforms is not a strategy. Both need their own content or removal from scope.

Pay for intent, not reach.
Local practices should pay for intent. "Near me" searches beat broad reach.
- Fix the Google profile and the site firstThen buy traffic.
- Report each channel on its ownA blended number hides the weak ones.
- Keep an organic content engine runningViews grew six times with no paid boost on the organic posts.
